You will be required to complete and submit various assignments during the course. You personal tutor can then assess your progress and provide you with helpful feedback.
The Certificate in Personnel Skills is divided into 5 logical units and is designed to progressively introduce you to the various aspects of HR and Personnel. You will be able to assess your progress throughout the duration of the course.
It is estimated that the course will require approximately 80 hours of study to complete. You do not need any prior subject knowledge to start the Certificate in Personnel Skills.
